Scheduled for no interruption to learning, during a mid-term break, all works were completed on time including full commissioning allowing pupils to return as normal.
- To remove existing support structure and mild steel flues
- To supply and install 2 new Dinak twin wall flue systems
Materials Used
- Dinak DWJ Twin Wall 350Ø
- Dinak DWJ Twin Wall 400Ø
Result
Connecting to the 350Ø outlets on each boiler are 350Ø Dinak DWJ stainless steel flues. The flues then convert to 400Ø Dinak DWJ flues. Both flue systems rise to high level before turning and traveling horizontally across the boiler house to exit to outside.
Once outside the flues turn to clip to the exterior wall of the building where they rise to termination above roof level with open terminals with mesh complying with all regulations.
All Flue calculations and design done in-house.
This installation was completed on time and to budget and in accordance with European and local standards, including the Clean Air Act.
